1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets are not personalized. The purchase of a ticket grants entry for one person.
2. Liability Disclaimer: The organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur to visitors during the festival. Participation is at your own risk.
3. Minimum Age: The event is an 18+ event. Minors under 18 are not allowed entry. If disregarded, entry will be denied, and purchased tickets will not be refunded.
4. Behavior Rules: In case of violations of the festival rules, especially if expelled, no refund of the ticket price will be given.
5. Copyright on Photo Material: By entering the festival grounds, visitors agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer for advertising and commercial purposes without compensation.
6. No Unauthorized Entry: Entering adjacent private properties is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the festival.
7. Instructions from Staff: Instructions from security personnel and event staff must be followed.
8. Prohibited Items: Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.
9. No Discrimination: Any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the festival.
10. Political Neutrality: Displaying or expressing obvious political statements is not allowed.
11. Loss or Theft: The organizer is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
12. Weather Conditions: The festival takes place in all weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for safety reasons. In such cases, ticket refunds may be excluded.
13. Line-Up Changes: Changes in the artist line-up do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation claims.
14. Ticket Cancellations: Ticket cancellations by the buyer are not possible. If the festival is canceled by the organizer, tickets can be returned. The exact refund conditions will be announced separately in such cases.
15. Data Protection: Personal data of ticket buyers will only be used for ticket processing and festival execution. Data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the festival or legally required.
16. Ticket Validity: A ticket is only valid for the specified festival period. If the visitor leaves the festival site early, no refund of the ticket price is possible.
17. Noise Protection: Visitors are required to comply with noise regulations. If these rules are not followed, the organizer reserves the right to remove the visitor from the festival grounds.
18. Camping & Overnight Stay: Camping is only allowed in designated and authorized areas. Use of camping areas is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for damage or theft on the camping grounds.
19. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Visitors must adhere to festival hygiene regulations and dispose of waste in the designated containers.
20. Alcohol & Drug Consumption: Excessive alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals under the strong influence of alcohol or drugs from the event.
